We are so excited to have Sky Ranch Academy join our community this upcoming August! Sky Ranch Academy is a tuition-free public charter school opening in 2023 to all children who live in Colorado.
During the September CAB Call, the following information was shared:
Sky Ranch Academy is planning to begin the early stages of its recruitment and open enrollment in November 2022. Enrollment is open to everyone. The first year of school will have grades K-7 with around 25 students per class. Kindergarten will have 4 classes while 1st - 7th grade will have 3 classes.
If the school has more enrollment applications than seats, the following enrollment preferences will be followed:
- Children of school board members and employees
- Siblings of students in the Bennett school district that live in the Sky Ranch community
- Siblings of students in the Bennett school district that live outside of the Sky Ranch community
- Children who live in the Sky Ranch community but live outside the Bennett school district (i.e. home school in APS)
