What is the CAC?
The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is a non-governing committee that was created by the CAB (Community Authority Board of Directors- best explained as our community's equivalent to an HOA). We are a group of volunteer residents in Sky Ranch that work to gather community concerns, questions, and ideas to present to the CAB. Our main goal is to make sure that everyone's voice in the community is heard by working with the CAB to ensure Sky Ranch is a great community.
What is the CAB?
The Sky Ranch Community Authority Board (CAB) is a governing board made up of elected officials appointed by the Metro Districts to serve on the CAB. The CAB is responsible for statutory compliance, annual budgeting and financial preparation including debt service, operation and maintenance of parks, open space and some common areas, covenant creation and enforcement, architecture and landscaping design approvals, as well as Sky Ranch infrastructure development phases and construction thereof.
What is CLA?
Clifton Larson Allen (CLA) is the company hired by the CAB to manage the Sky Ranch CAB and Metro Districts and provide covenant compliance as well as limited accounting and billing services.
